Easy Salmon Dip
If you love a great snack with a glass of wine on the patio this easy salmon recipe is perfect for you.
It's quick to make and leaves hardly any washing up giving you more time to enjoy the sunset! Need an added bonus? Your kids will love it too and the leftovers are great on toast the next day!
Tip: It's easiest to make this easy dip recipe using an immersion hand-blender.

Cut the smoked salmon into narrow strips.
Chill the serving bowl in the fridge while you prepare this easy dip recipe. It will keep the dip cooler for longer - essential for hot summer days!
Process the smoked salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, chives, spring onions and dill until fairly smooth. (You can use a handheld immersion blender or a food processor with the chopping blade).
Season the dip with black pepper to taste.
Spoon into a small serving bowl.
Best chilled for 15 minutes before serving.
Easy Salmon Dip
This tasty, easy dip recipe is delicious with any kind of water biscuit, Melba toast or bread stick, but for a really delicious treat try it with these Parmesan Pita Dippers.
I also like to add a handful of rocket leaves and a handful of mustard cress on the side to give it a peppery tang, a few capers in a little side dish and some lemon slices.
