Chicken Liver Easy Dinner Recipe
Sure to become one of your favorites for cold winter evenings, served with warm, crusty bread or creamy mash potatoes it just can't fail to hit that comfort food spot!
Add a small side salad and you have a delicious, quick recipe for lunch time too!
This easy recipe calls for a nonstick frying pan. If you don't have a good, solid one the Swiss Diamond 11-inch pan is a good buy. I use my nonstick pan all the time in my kitchen - I would be lost without it!

How to peel onions easily:
Cut off both ends and chop onion in half before peeling. The skin will them strip away easily from each half!
Peel onions, cut in half and slice roughly.
Add onions and oil to non-stick pan and fry on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are turning transparent and just beginning to brown. (About 5 minutes.)
Add honey and half of the butter to the pan and cook on a medium heat for a further 3 minutes.
Add the chicken livers, pepper, salt, paprika and chili flakes and continue to cook on a medium heat until the livers are cooked through. (About 10 minutes.)
Add the rest of the butter and stir through until melted.
Pour in the cream and simmer on a low heat until warmed through and slightly thickened. (About 5 minutes)
Add more salt or chili flakes to taste if necessary.
