Easy Devilled Eggs
The only problem with this finger food recipe is that it's such a favorite with everyone that I never seem to have enough!
Luckily for you they only take about fifteen minutes to make so you can always throw a few more eggs in the pot if you run out!
Devilled eggs do have a nasty habit of slipping around all over the place so the best way to serve them is on a plate with specially designed egg sized indentations.

Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with cold water.
Add a dash of salt to the water and bring it to the boil.
Boil for 9-10 minutes.
Drain the hot water from the pan and run cold water into the pan for a minute or two to cool the eggs down and stop further cooking.
Carefully peel the eggs.
Slice the eggs in half.
The easiest way to get the yolks out is to turn the egg half upside down and then gently push on the round of the egg until the yolk falls out.
Scoop the egg yolks out into a small mixing bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, paprika, salt and pepper and mix well.
Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg shells, or use a piping bag if you are serving them for a party.
Sprinkle the tops with a dash of paprika and fresh parsley.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
